Can't get Hauppauge win-tv hvr1250 to work

    I have installed this hardware and installed all the drivers. I can't get live tv to play with the WinTV 7 software it came with or with Windows Media Center. I know I'm getting a good signal from my antenna because it comes in fine when I plug it into my tv. Any ideas of why it wouldn't be working?
    I'm running Windows 7 64 bit

    What did the folks from Hauppauge say to you, when you told them what was going on?

    I figured it out. I was telling media center I had an analog connection and not digital. All is working now.
