Cant get the disney channels

    Please help me (my kids really) i cant get the Disney channels on my euro-vox maxv box please help

    Where are you based and who is your provider? Have you tried an autoscan/update channels?

    based on the wirral had the Disney channels before so i no i can get them had to re flash the box. My provider is virgin, tryed an auto scan update, delete all channels then find them all like you do when you first get your box but nothing they wont come through many thanks scouser

    Try a normal powerscan using 6887 as the symbol rate and a frequency range from 100.000 to 800.000.
