I need help: i can't install command and conquer generals because during the installation, when the status bar reaches 38% it says "Please insert the disk: Generals Disk 2" but when I put it in and click "ok" the program doesn't see the cd and asks it to me again. I also tried to make the same cd but called "Generals Disk 2" but it didn't work anyway.

    AMD Athlon Xp 1800+
    GeForce 2 64mb
    256mb ddr ram
    Windows Xp Professional SP 1

Did you yourself back the CDs up? For CnC Generals, CD2 has no protection wheras CD1 is SafeDisc? In anycase the label for disc 2 is GENERALS2

If you have the original C&C Generals then use Alcohol 120% and use the Safedisc 2 datatype profile settings and read [bold] slow= 16-20x [/bold] and burn RAW DAO [bold] slow= 8x [/bold]

    Shoey :)
