No I didn't find a reset button on my RCA Mp3 player. I hook it up to my computer and the RCA logo went off and I unhooked it and it said to wait and then the screen saver came on and that was all. Couldn't turn it off or on or bring up the menue either. Couldn't do anything. It is driving me up the wall. So are there anything else that I can do?
Sometimes they don't have reset buttons. It is a sequence of buttons that simulates "reset". Try looking in the user manual or call the company.
