First up....Sony your support sux! Tried emailing the 3 times, just get automated replies. I got a SONY DVD RW DRU-510a I've tried DVD REGION FREE & Any other Firmware I can find. Re-installed drivers, viewers & other software. IT seems that I have used up all my region free changes (the whole 4 of them!!) I didn't even know I had used any! Now it is stuck in region 1. I got mainly region 4 DVD's. Anyone got any ideas or had this prob? Cheers
What if your drive is stuck on region zero? All I did was take my burner out of my old pc and install it on a new pc. I haven't had any prompts that the regions were being changed. Is there a way to reset the regions? Clear the problem? Or do I have to buy a new burner?
