i burned a bin/cue file onto cds with nero but when i put them back into the computer, the computer won't recognize the cd. it says there's no cd and that the file is corrupt and windows does not support it.

First, how did you burn them? You do not have to 'burn the files on the CD' but to 'compile and burn' the IMAGE.

Verify you followed all the proper steps on the Guide:

If you did all correctly maybe the image if bad. Use CDMage to open it and scan it for corruption ('Action' menu). If it's bad, get a new one.
