CD RW problem "new hardware might not work properly" ?

I have Samsung CD RW/DVD SM-352N , now it was working perfectly but one day when I opened my pc its Icon was not present in my computer option. I checked it was giving following error.

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Than I uninstalled it and tried several times to re-install using NEW HARDWARE found option but following message appeared:-

A problem occurred during installation of new hardware . Your new hardware might not work properly.

Now what might be the problem and how I can solve it ?

Ya when ever i open the Device Manager there is a Yellow Color Exclaimanation Mark only on the Samsung CDRW and when ever uninstall and re-install the same the exclimantion mark again appears ..kindly help me on this as soon as possible.

 

Please help me out on this CD RW problem , am i the only who has this problem there has to be some one out there who had such a problem or know how to solve it... my cables are all ok every thing is placed but still cd is not working

 

Did you install. Easy Cd Creator software.. ?? -- or any other software just before you noticed your burner was in trouble !

 

No i dont think so but even if such happened there has to be some way out
