What kind of file did you burn? Like a download, back up of an original, recorded thru pc etc.

What app in Nero did you use?

Ok if you're not using the latest version - update Nero to 7.8.5.0.

If you get a pop up in Nero at the last screen saying something like 'mostly in a PAL format do you want to keep this format' (or vice versa - NTSC to PAL) click no.

Try this free program if the above doesn't do it: DivXtoDVD.
Change the standard to the tv format you're in - NTSC - US/CA, PAL - Europe etc.
Save it to your hard drive - check the files all ok then burn the video_ts folder w/ Nero Burning Rom or Express.
