Completely New Mod

    I'm thinking of putting a notebook 40 gig hard drive in my xbox and then putting a new dvd drive in so does anybody think that this could be done
    i have all the wires splitters and converters right now

    well the notebook HDD is too small (physical size) to fit in the xbox (2.5" when it should be 3.5") but if u get brackets then maybe so.

    with the new DVD drive what were u tinking of type because if its a normal computer one it wont be able to play normal xbox games anymore.

    It will work,but since the laptop hdd's are like twice the price of a normal one....WHY?

    Ditto. You might as well save yourself the trouble and get a regular pc hdd.
