coolsat receiver lock

Does anyone have an idea on how to unlock and reprogram the coolsat 5k receiver lock page? my original code works but when it processes the code to boot up it returns back to the receiver locked use pin code page again. what do i do , or do someone have a master code to overide and start over and turn this function off.
