.cue file for single large .mp3?

I am totally having a problem working out a .cue for an mp3 I have made of a DVD audio rip. I first had made a rip of the DVD into .wav format. I made a .cue for that and it burns perfectly. I would rather have the file in .mp3 format though. I thought that it would be as easy as changing the filename and format in the .cue. Nero simply crashes as soon as I try to load the .cue and Fireburner looks fine except for the last track which shows as being 190 minutes and 0 bytes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the actual .cue I am using:

anyone? this is the same thing i get with both Nero and Alcohol 120%.

they both say tha last track is either huge or 0 bytes, yet the time cues seem alright.

    any help much appreciated

The problem is that the .CUE seems right... (well I use the WAVE extension instead of MP3 but it shuld not make any difference)

What about removing all Title & Performer stuff first, just for testing purposes?

    PS
I assume that on Fireburner you choose the 'import tracks from cuesheet' command..
