does anyone know if i make a DVD at USA (NTSC system) can playback in UK (PAL system)

    can I make dvd that play wordwide both NTSC and PAL system?

    You should be OK because most stand alone players now have a one touch conversion on playback between NTSC and PAL and mine also has MULTI. It depends on you DVD player therefore.
