Ok I use DVD Decrypter to burn ISO's to DVD.... I have back upped several ps2 games and everything has gone fine... but today I just I tried to back up another one of my games and I realized it was burning incredible slow for what I have set to...burned at a average of 1.8x when I have set to 8x or even 12x.... I even tried burning using my copy of Nero that I have...

    Any suggestions?

your burner may be in PIO mode it needs to be in DMA mode open device manager and deleat the secondary IDE controller then reboot your computer windows will reinstall your controler and your burner will go into DMA mode and you speed will go back to notmal
