I have been using dvd fab for a long time with no problem, recently i has a virus on my computer and everything was wiped out and dvd fab had to be reinstalled, now when i go to back up a movie it does the copy process fine but when it gets to the burn part a message comes up saying task 2 failed to burn error 111,i read where someone gave a link on how to fix this but it wanted me to download something and i was afraid to do this. This is the reason i came here ,i knew i would get safe and helpful information here.I am using the latest updated paid version of this program. i hope some one can help me ,
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Pay to use RW media so no coasters are made till issue is sorted

2nd reply may have answer that may work,in the meantime post dvdfabs log up,lets see what it says,do a search of dvdfabs official forum there might be a solution there also

"Something else is running and holding your dvd drive. First thing is to check to see if you have any temp file in your dvd folder waiting to be burnt. Delete them if their is. Othe bring up your task bar and end all your burning software processes."

    Try this:
    Download and install ImgBurn.
Change the Common settings in DVDFab to burn with ImgBurn.

Verbatim disks that say 'AZO' on the package, burned using ImgBurn.
