I am running: Windows Xp Pro (Patched to latest update) Office Xp Norton system Works 2003 Nero enterprise 5.5.10.35 Clone cd Alcohol 120% Power DVD And a few other pieces of software. Hardware Side: Athlon Xp 3000 Gigabyte 7vaxp-a ultra Geforce FX 5600 256 Mb Panasonic Dvd Rom Sr-8588 Panasonic DVD Ram Lf-d521 Panasonic Floppy 512 Mb 2700 DDR 333 2 x 80 Gig Western Digital 7200 Rpm Hard Drives Epson Cx 5200 Printer/Scanner ------------------------------------------- The problem I am having is every time try to use DVD x copy express it starts to read the disc goes to 100% go stage 2 and then when I look at the pc again it says stage 2 complete, but program is not responding. I don’t now what firmware I’m running on the Ram or how to check it or if there is a more up to date driver? Or if there is a new driver for Ram burner. If you could please help as I paid about £80 and I still haven’t got 1 backup done yet. A friend running 98 with a Sony Dvd-r/+r swears by your software and hasn’t had a problem. I did see a reply regarding xpress 3.0 and driver no ver.1.1.3.97 (in my folder it says 1.1.3.100 vso). I have tried x copy and chose to use nero burning and have done 2x backups, railway children and lilo & stitch, is it possible to choose nero to burn with dvd xpress. This was the latest log! I don't know if it make any sense to anyone.
