I have a game (Medal of Honour Rising Sun) and copied from the DVD drive to HD under folder GAMES>Medal. All the folders and file are there (I check against DVD and the HD). When I using EvolutionX to play games from HD - I see the name of the Game come up Medal of Honour Rising Sun but it says Loading and then just goes back to the EvolutionX page. What am I doing wrong ?
update your bios to 4979 or higher. Use hddloader1.3. it will patch the game when it is backed up to your hd.
Thanks. I think I also found a solution. DVD2XBOX utility from sourceforge needs to be loaded on xbox and use that to do the copy. I'd like to understand why a straight copy does not work - what is left off or is it in incorrect format ?
Every game has a default.xbe file in it. It is the exe file the runs the game. New protections make it harder to run a back-up. New programs or bioses make it easier.
