    that seems pretty pointless. be a good seller/buyer, don't screw over your customers, and you can easily get 100% positive ratings. I've got over 120 positive feedback, 0 negative in the 4 years I've used ebay. its just a scam to get money, theres no real secrets other than don't make shady deals, and as long as you leave the other party positive feedback, they should leave that same for you.
