.exe problems

ok i go to open an exe called super ppf or dot halo, and i have it on a disk so i know it works and it says this the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click Ok to terminate application. please help

 

and its workin on my brothers computer and its the same os

 

i have the same problem and i got no clue (sorry)

 

i got it...... you need to dload .net framework the newes one
