   I can't say anything objective, but I can assure that they're a respectable company, unlike many others in the "dvd ripping guide", etc business. They've advertised through our site for about two years now and we've only received one or two complains from our users about their service during that time and those issues have been solved quickly as well.

   I purchased SmartRip and Decrypt...for $18, I'll let you know how 'helpful' they were. They're ebooks and the download was simple. Not as simple as burning a damn DVD!!! *laff
