External Hard Drive on wireless networkin???

    Hi all I am wondering if it is possible for me to mount my external hard drive on to my network for all computers on it to access files and save files to it???
    I use Mac and windows programs just wondering if this is at all possible

    Any help greatly appreciated

    is it plugged in 2 a computer???

    Is plugged into my xbox which is on my network but not direct to a computer on the network. I can plug it in to 1 if it makes a difference but

    try plugging it in to a pc then making the folders shared
    -p.s-make sure that computer is on the network

    Ok will do that the only problem is I use mac not PC but think the principal is the same anyways

    cant realy help there im not that good with a mac
    i can try tho
