FAT32 -- NTFS

    Please can somebody tell me how to convert FAT32 into NTFS under WinXP? I cannot find any similiar function in disk management...

    Can you explain the differences to me. I don't do much gaming yet mostly The Sims and Hoyles and things like that. I have converted to NTFS but really don't know why. I think it's something I would like to know.
