i d/l the screener of phone booth and then loaded the cue sheet (after editing it to point to bin path) in nero and burnt cd.

I put it in my dvd player and i got the msg saying it was an MP3 cd.....

Try using Alcohol 120% (chaning datatype to video-cd) to burn it because nero is famous for the problem you just mentioned! lol

hmm, the sound problem may actually be your dvd player! Have you ever tried to play a burned bin/cue before?

hmmm thats strange, try the following, use Alcohol to mount the image onto a virtual drive and then use VCDeasy to extract the mpg file from it. Then re-write the headers with TMPGEnc and burn with Nero!

i extracted the mpeg with isobuster then in tmpgenc i wrote a new mpeg2 file using the same mpeg for audio and video. Then i chose svcd in nero and added the new mpeg2 file to cd

but i still got the same prob of no sound on my dvd player

hmmm, strange!! sounds like your dvd player doesnt like the mp2 audio on the SVCD! thats really odd cause generally all SVCD has mp2 audio!
