flash fxp wont connect to my xbox. my pc recognises when it is switched on and off but when i try and connect through flash fxp it just says connection failed connection lost ive read lots of tutorials and changed the static ips but still nothing maybe another ftp would work but dont know were to get one can anyone help please!
I personally use CuteFtp Pro. I never used FLash FXP, but is there a setting to change the connection type? For CuteFTP is has to be in PORT mode, PASV mode won't let it connect. Don't forget the login/password (xbox/xbox), port 21, double check your IP from your dashboard, maybe change it to another IP (192.168.0.7, so you know there is a change), make sure its static and connect away. By the way, is there a "specific" error messege FlashFXP gives you?
Hey! I had the same sort of problems you are having. Try using the exact same IP settings in the "Gateway" instead of leaving it blank. This worked for me
