Well my xbox was wokring fine and tehn one day I go to turn it on and it powers up for a second then shuts off and it does this three times then totally shuts off. I took it apart and noticed on the power supply the two little blue things that are next to each other had exploded and white junk was stuck between them. I am thinking about replacing the power supply or is there anyhting I can do to fix it or should i totally buy a new box?
You could replace the resistors if you are handy enough with the soldering iron, but this might just be a temporary fix for a crapy power supply. Replace it and get it over with.
You will just have to replace the power supply. Find out what version xbox you have and buy a power supply appropriate for your version.
