Is it possible to set my region code on my PC to Region 0? I want to do this so I can watch DVDs from any region without hassle.

How can I set this feature?

Well you can't create a region 0 (or, more precisely, region free) DVD drive, you can use software such as AnyDVD to make your computer think your drive has the same region as the DVD you are watching.

However, I don't know the names of the freeware stuff that makes your drive region free, sorry. :(
