My computer came with 3 partitions. Two to act as drives and one about 4gigs for I'm guessing recovery. I want to delete this recovery partition because I got a virus but I'm afraid it contains important start up info and my computer won't load if i get rid of it. What do u guys think?

How did you get a virus in the recovery partition? Get rid of the virus, no matter which partition it is on.

Not likley to get a virus in a recovery partition, i recomend you use the recovery partition to restore your computer. If you insist on Deleting your recovery partition have no worries it contains no boot sectors. but if you ever need to reinstall windows and have no OS Disk or Recovery CD. Your out of luck! I recomend keeping the partition.
