Hard drive problem

    I found a 1.5 T external hardrive in my garage,

    it was loaded with all stuff, I do not need,

    formatted it, now can't install anything on the

    disk, shows up in device manage and says the

    device is working, yet when I try to install NEW

    Folder" nothing.T.I.A.

    go into diskmanagement, delete partition, make new partition then format the drive if you haven't done it already.
