I just sent one of those back after struggling with it for a fortnight. A completely useless device IMO. I bought 4 different brands of DVD's and the only brand it would work with at all was Imation +R 8X. With all others I tried it just produced coasters at any speed. Tried the latest firmware without any improvement at all. All the brands I tried were "recommended" in the manual. Huh !!
