your firmware for your drive need updating! you are using TS09 firmware for your Lite-On burner..... the newest firmware for your drive is TS0J found here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php or just hit this LINK

Firmware is programming that is inserted into a programmable memory area of your drive, thus becoming a permanent part of a drive. This 'software' is called firmware and can be updated with a firmware flasher. Every company has its own methods to allow you to do a firmware upgrade. A firmware upgrade can add new functionality to your drive. Also bug fixes and improvements are done by firmware upgrades.

and that's why your Sony disk is not being recognized:
    [15:47:00] NeroVision Media Specific [16..63]:
    [15:47:00] NeroVision 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 - 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................
    [15:47:00] NeroVision 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 - 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................
    [15:47:00] NeroVision 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 - 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................

this could be your problem........ but.........
you should also update your Nero 6 to the most stablest version of Nero 6..... which is 6.6.0.18....... you have:
[15:47:00] NeroVision Nero API version: 6.3.1.25
[15:47:00] NeroVision Using interface version: 6.3.1.11

Before udating to 6.6.0.18 I would save the serial #, uninstall Nero, then use the cleaning tools : http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html
then do a registry clean up(free registry cleaner, CClean: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1) and defrag...... then reboot!

    install package one:
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/?539

    then install package two:
    http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Patch_for_NVE3.html
reboot and you're good to go!

also I would use better media. Stick with the MIJ rule (Made In Japan). Look for the MIJ on the label of the box of spindle (Taiyo Yuden, Sony, Maxell, and some Fuji)... the only exception to this rule is Verbatim, which is top notch media but made in Taiwan/Singapore and the only non MIJs I will use.
