Help, DVD Writer Stop Reading CD's

    Hi There, I Hope Someone Could Help Me Out?, When I Put a CD/DVD Disc in My BENQ 822A DVD Writer, My Writer Doesn't Load The Disc but I Don't Have That Message "Please Insert a Disc into Drive E:". I Was Wandering If Someone Could Point My Into The Right Direction.

    MY Specs are If You Want It are

    Pentium 4 3.0Ghz HT
    1X Benq Dvd Writer 822A [Dvd±R/DVD+R DL]
    1x Panasonic CD-Rom
    280Gb Hdd IDE
    1024MB DDR Ram
    128MB Ati Raderon 9200 GFX Card
    Adsl Internet Connection
    and Running on Microsoft Windows Xp Professional

    What do you mean it doesn't load the disc/disk? How do you know? Is it a movie or a blank disc?

    Let's get that established, first, and we can work from there.

    Ok, When I Put a CD/DVD [Of Anykind, Movie or Data] In My Writer, It Sounds Like It Loads Up But It Doesn't. An On Windows Explorer, When I Double Click on the DVD Writer Drive [E:] It Comes Up as An Empty Disc [With Nothing In It] Thus I Can't View The Data On The Disc. It Was Working 2 Days Ago Until Suddenly It Just Stopped Working. Hope This Helps
