HELP unlock nokia 6103b

    hello i got a nokia 6103b from usa, but i waht to put a chip from a mexican cel, whit the original nokia chip the cell. is ok, but when i put the mexican chip from movistar proveedor, the cell say unlock,

    does i need a codes for mexican compamy or just the codes for usa nokia cell ph, ?
