I did have the worm brontok on my computer but since i updated my antivirus i never saw it again.I havnt noticed any deletion of the virus in the scan reports either.I use Trend Micro.Even if the virus has gone,the computer has become very slow.Also im not able to install any new software,games or even norton for that reason.None of the installation files run.Pls can ny1 help me with this problem.Will i have to format my computer??Please reply immediatley.
omg, this is the best case yet of spyware helping you out nortan is useless your problem is spyware. no format needed download adaware *look it up on google and download* once you have done a scan with it, then post a hiackthis log.
