Hello, recently I have purchased a Forsa Geforce nvidia 7600GS, I play on all the recommended advanced video settings and get massive fps spikes to 9-10 for several seconds then it goes back up to the 100 i usually get. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem, I don't know if my drivers are up to date, any steps that may help me are all appreciated, and thank-you for taking the time to read this thread.

9-10 FPS is not good sorry to tell you. i got about 28-38 FPS and 100 is only when the picture is still. I would say your problem is your playing a video game or doing something that requires more power then your video card can handle or deliver. i would say upgrade the Video card.
