hey has anyone eva tried hooking there compy up to a tv using a video card's tv out port and playing a dvd it doesn't work for sum reason companies have copyrighted the disc's i have overcome this problem a little i can get video now but no sound this problem is very annoying does anyone else have even some knowledge on how to fix this or has got it working or sumthing someone plz help cos this is really pissing me off thank u
I've got the Radeon 8500 with TV out hooked in to my RCA Receiver, I also have RCA cables running out of my SB Live 5.1 sound card into the same channel of the receiver. It works perfect for DVD playback and video gaming. The only problem I have with sound is its not Dolby Digital. I would run a cable from sound card to TV. I hope this helps.
yeah thats what i do run cable from sound card and cable from tv out to tv so u don't get a error that its copyrighted what software player do u use?
