hi i just upgrade the version of my windows me to xp profesional and now my dvd and cd burning stoped working hope someone can help me on what should i do
Uninstall your hardware and reboot. XP should then reinstall. To uninstall go the device manager click on the device (DVD), right click on Proprerties, select the Hardware tab and uninstall.
