how do I burn a .bin or a .CUE file?

I have a .bin file and a .iso file.
The .bin I think is the real file since the .iso file is only 1KB

When I use daemon tools to mount the .iso file it works and the program opens.

But how do I actually put this ONTO a CD/DVD using nero and have it open up when I insert the CD?

 

sorry its not .iso the other 1KB file is really a .CUE file
