I just bought a new PC and am giving the one I'm currently using to my sister. The thing is I need to get some files and programs off of it first.

I especially need to backup and transfer full versions of programs I have purchased such as Nero, DVD Santa, Acoustica MP3 Burner, WinAviVideo, et cetera.

What is the easiest method of backing up this data to my new PC and what program is the best for doing so?

    Thank you!

You cannot do that. If a program is installed on one PC, you cannot just transfer the program folders over to another PC and run it there. You have to reinstall them. If you do not have the install files or disks you will have to get them again.
