How to allow my SGH-T309 to allow any third party downloaded software to access the internet.

i downloaded gmail mobile and Opera Mini, but in order for both programs to function, they must be allowed to access the internet. however, my phone says that it doesnt "trust" 3rd party software. is there a way to make it so that it will allow these programs to access the internet?

 

on my d840 it automatically asks if it is allowed internet when i open it or i can go on options then setting and allow. do all your jar application work on my d840 only about 1 out of 100 work , i type in the right code and everything
