i can't answer my call waiting

    i had a facilities like call waiting, call conference, call barring & call divert. my call divert is working, but the others are not.
    please, somebody help how to work with them. my mobile phone is nokia 6820 & i am in ethiopia & our network is GSM.

    i need to know how to activate the services & use them.
    for instance the call waiting facility says swapped when another call comes.
