I can't create a VCD using picture package Programme

    Hi, I have a new Sony Digital Mini camcorder (Handycam) DCR-HC30 (NTSC).Severaltimes I tried to make VCD, but at the last moment it is getting blocked. When I connect the USB cable the computer(Window XP) gives message that this programme is not supported by window logo. Is there any other way I could download the Video from my Camera to the Computer and create a VCD?

    make shore you have usb streaming turned on in the camcorder itself.down load all of the updates.continue anyways with the windows logo thing. works for me.any video capture program should work if it supports streaming video. i use easy cd creater 6.hope that helps.
