Every time I try, it jacks the size up to 4 and a half gigs. What should I do. The first time I made the movie, it was 900mb but when i dropped the bit rate from 1141 to 778, it went down to 600mb, but both took 4.5gb. What should I do? Currently the file format is wmv and I only have nero 6.

The basic size of a standard movie is around 700mb in AVI format and yes once converted by NeroVision it will become around the 4 plus gb size...which WILL fit to a standard DVD5.(also works for your format)

Open NeroVision, Click on More....Video Options and then select as shown (fit to disc)

I am using Nero 7 but works the same with Nero 6
