Question I need help picking out a cheap water resistant case for my Samsung galaxy S4.

I need a water resistant case and don't want to spend a bunch of money. I don't think I necessarily need to spend a bunch of money to accomplish what I want.

My phone is/will never be submerged in water. The problem I am having is that water is leaking on it it gets inside the case and then into the phone. The phone doesn't charge and I have to take the battery out and dry up the phone.

It is not a lot of water that is leaking. It is just several groups of water over time.That is why I do not want to spend a lot of money but I have had to dry out my phone twice, and I don't want to take any more chances.

Would it be possible to get the right kind of case on Newegg for about $10-$15, or is that just not going to happen?
