i9 memory problem

    I keep getting the not enough memory for my phone when I try and put music and new ringers on it, even though I have a 2gb card. Is there anything special I am supposed to do after putting the memory card in or anyplace in particular I am supposed to download things?

    Hello you may need to put the files in other drive first and had it formatted.
