I have a client's +Rs burned with the Philips set-top DVD burner, with one program stream only on it. We'd like to duplicate, but without the lame Philips menu (and perhaps without the 'subtitle' stream, which is actually camera data) - I followed someone's instructions here recently about stripping, etc with IFOedit, and it worked like a charm. Problem is, it takes a really long time. It just seems to me, that with IFOedit, I could just tweak some entries in the IFOs to just 'skip' the menu, and maybe ignore the subpicture stream. Is this true? I want to cut down on the time it takes - I don't care if the old menu and unused streams are still physically on the disc, I just want the main program stream to be playable. Am I nuts, or can I do this with IFOedit? Thanks!

Yes you can do it with IFO Edit.

http://www.doom9.org - go to guide, DVD, DVD Back-up, IFO Edit
