Isn't there a way to convert PAL games to NTSC

    I know there is a way to do it for ps2, but what about Xbox? Isn't there a way to do this? My T.V. doesn't like the xbox PAL eeprom (I tried the Enigmah Video Switchdisk) so I need to know if there is a way to convert from PAL to NTSC.
