KillBill 2 won't play on PC

    I can't get KillBill 2 to play on my PC. I bought it last week and it wouldn't play in my PC, so after I searched the forum I took it back and got another one. This one doesn't play either. I have hundreds of DVD's that will, this one is being difficult.

    1300MHz
    Pentium 4
    512MB RAM
    Sony DRU-500AX DVD Rewritable Drive
    PowerDVD
    DVD Region + CSS Free
    DVD Decrypter
    DVD Shrink
    Nero 6 Ultra Edition

    Please Help!!

    Trust me, you don't want to play "kill bill volume 2," it will only dissapoint you. In my opinion, the first one is one of the best movies, and the second one is one of the worst movies ever made.
