LG GH20NS10 not reading anything

    I have a LG GH20NS10 and it was reading discs fine but all of a sudden its completely stopped reading everything. I've tried updating the firmware and I checked in BIOS if the drive is actually there which it is. The light blinks and nothing happens, any ideas on what to do now? I'm running Windows 7 by the way.

    my samsung blu ray just did the same thing it worked 2 weeks or so ago when i burned a game and now nothing

    imgburn says medium not present but a blank dvd is in the drive
