microsoft office 2007

    i installed the 60 day trial and about half way through i decided it was to big for my laptop that only had 9gb. i tried to uninstall it and then it said it couldnt uninstall and to reinstall. but it wont reinstall either

    Try removing it through "add/remove programs" in XP, if that won't work you will have to manually delete all files you find for this program via a search. Run Ccleaner and reboot. It may take a few run throughs to get it all off.

    As an alternative I would look at OpenOffice, it is an open source program that offers alot of what Office has to offer.
