MP3 vs. WMA for music on mp3 player

    Is this theory correct?

    Above 128kb, Mp3 is a better quality codec than WMA. 96kb WMA is about the same quality as a 128kb Mp3. Anything above 128kb, it's best to use Mp3, below use 96kb.
