Mp4 Player

I have an mp4 player and everytime i try to music on it by copying a file to it a little pop up comes up saying

I then tried to put music on using windows media player that worked successfully but when i went to play the music the mp4 player said there was no files. Please Help

Iam Unaware of how to open the mp3 utilities disk tool .

Well If you have Mp3 Player utilities then go to start then programs and look for Mp3 player utilities and then when you find it drag your muse over it and look for mp3 player disk tool.If you haven't got mp3 player utilities then download it from the link I gave you.
